Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
