Holiday rentals with a patio in Greenwood

What a great setting, clean unit, and lovely owner. I highly recommend this home. The neighborhood feels safe and has great mature trees. The property is a peaceful, relaxing environment with wildlife and an abundance of shade. I spent a lot of time sitting outside...just relaxing with the sounds of nature. The bed is comfortable and the shower is large. I had zero safety concerns. I appreciate having control of the heat/ac for my living area. And Talin is like a long-lost friend that you can't wait to chat with. She is very accommodating and will help you with whatever you need. Loved our time here...thank you for your help and companionship, Talin!

Our stay was perfect! My husband and I decided to get an Airbnb with a pool for the weekend. Within moments of booking, Mark responded with a friendly hello. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described and he had a very nice welcome basket with snacks and even drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy! The game room was awesome and full of games. We played with an 80’s arcade game machine, shot pool, shuffle board, ping pong and darts. There were board games too and the porch was absolutely beautiful, especially at night!!! We’ve decided to visit again in June and can’t wait! Thank you Mark and Candy for a very fun and relaxing weekend away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

We were in town on a two-day Bass Fishing Tournament on Lake Russell SC Hwy 72 Ramp. We were pleasantly surprised to find the rental was alible for our dates and was accommodating to our need to bring the boat. The owner allowed us to use the covered parking area and power for the battery charger on the boat. The Host Steven was welcoming and totally accommodating to make our stay great. He had made a restaurant suggestion to eat in town at the Village Grill is a must-try! As he said make a reservation in advance. We definitely will stay again.

Karl’s place was outstanding. Super clean, cozy and relaxing, the location was amazing less than 5 minutes away from Target/Walmart and tons of others shopping centers, Karl his self was amazing , super nice and respectful. I would highly recommend this to everyone

We had a great weekend of relaxation and fishing. Kirk was a great host! He has a beautiful home, very responsive, and super friendly! We loved that we could rent the boat for the day as well. this ade it super easy and convenient for us to just show up and enjoy our weekend! We will definitely book again.

My family chose this house for our family summer vacation and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was just as it is pictured and comes with all the amazing features that were listed. My family loved the huge kitchen and open dining areas to allow for all of us to have seats without having to be separate during meal time and games after words. The six bedrooms allowed us to have separate spaces for nighttime and keeping our belonging organized and our do the way of the rest do the hosue. The pool in the back was by far the highlight of our stay and kept us entertained with the diving board and many seating options around it. It was a great hangout space and was surrounded by a huge yard with lots of room to explore and hangout. This is a great house for a family looking to just hangout and enjoy what the hosue offers. We felt right at home in the quiet, cozy neighborhood and the small town right down the road for a local coffee run and meal. We would love to come back again!

5 Stars – Amazing Family Stay! This lake house was the perfect family getaway! The home was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. All 6 of our kids caught fish right off the pier and had a blast swimming in the lake with easy step access. The house is stocked with tons of board games, kayaks, and cornhole, which kept everyone entertained. The porch was our favorite spot to unwind and watch the sunsets—absolutely gorgeous. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing trip!

We loved the location of our stay and the porch facing the lake was absolutely beautiful, but we want to be fair in our review for the next renter. The home is situated on a very steep decline and I would not recommend renters with disabilities. There was what looked like improvements being made to the front parking area, noted by the large piles or gravel/and or dirt on the sides of the property. If a renter wanted to bring their own boat, the ramp no longer is available at the home. The owner had many personal items in areas where renter would want to store their own items, for example sweaters and slippers. We truly believe there is a lot of potential and opportunity for this home to transform itself into an amazing lake getaway. Again, all of this is our personal experiences with renting Airbnb & VRBOs. We however were grateful for the cabin on the lake rental in the area that allowed dogs!

This place was absolutely perfect! Was a long weekend trip for girls. Everything you could possibly need was there. Cathy is a superior host, and thinks of everything down to the fine details. The house was spotless and the furniture, beds and pillows extremely comfortable. The firepit was a sweet deal, down to firewood already there stocked up for use. We have friends that live on the lake, so they could easily pick us up from the dock each day. Was an amazing trip, and we will definitely stay at this place again!

Its a beautiful condo, clean and well maintained. Its conveniently located to many of the shops in the area. Hailey was very considerate in making sure my stay was pleasant. The instructions were easy to follow. The kitchen had all of the necessary tools to make my meals. Overall, I would highly recommend this BnB to anyone who is relocating here or just visiting.
