The middle house - Tiny house

The middle house is a small jewel in rustic style, in a typical Tuscan village surrounded by greenery. A tiny house of about 30 square meters with double views of the outside (on the front a large garden shared with us, in the back a private, fresh and shaded courtyard). The middle house is relaxation, tranquility, nature, a beautiful view of Monte Gabberi, and why not? Also friendship. A place where you can share or stay in peace, in the shade of olive trees or on the couch with a good book.

The house is located in Montebello, a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Camaiore. With its cafes, restaurants, shops you can take beautiful walks or mountain bike along the Via Francigena or along the paths of the Camaioresi hills. The house is complete with dishwasher, microwave, and TV. Bathroom with shower. The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
