Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Wir möchten Euch eine moderne und große Wohnungen (mit Küche), die zur Vermietung für Monteure, Familien und Wochenendbesucher, in Greußen vorgesehen ist anbieten. Wir sind bestrebt es Euch so angenehm wie irgend möglich zu machen hier. Kaution 350€ bei Anreise, nach Besichtigung der Wohnung.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Guest apartment in the countryside on the outskirts of Weimar

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Chic, cute and fully equipped bungalow with a magnificent outdoor area. Pool (May - September), terrace and parking right by the house. In the north of Erfurt in a very quiet garden approx. 15 minutes from the city center, this small and very cozy oasis is located. Excellent transport connection, tram stop 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and recover from everyday stress.

Guest room in the city center with kitchen

Our small apartments in the middle of the old town have only recently been completed. They have their own small kitchen, newly made bathrooms and a great bedroom. The location is perfect for a beautiful walk in the city center. The hallway still needs a little attention. “So, if you live by the motto I sleep, not in the hallway,” you can book a great room for a good price in the middle of Erfurt.

Located a few minutes from the old town, the apartment is ideal for a city stay. The center of the Thuringian state capital is a 15 minutes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is practically furnished. The price includes the accommodation tax of the city of ERFURT in the amount of 5% of the overnight costs.

Experience something very special. Nature, relaxation, sustainability and fun. Sleeping in a yurt. Our yurt is 28 square meters and is located on an island in the middle of Thuringia. In a park-like garden with the sound of the Unstrut. Approximately 10 meters from the yurt is the economic part. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table. Nothing is missing.

Family vacation home "Kleines Landhaus"

We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.

Monteur Apartment Erfurt-Mittelhausen + parking space

I offer a small apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom in my house. The whole floor is newly renovated and partially furnished with new furniture. The kitchen is new as of October 2024. The bathroom is completely new and chic. I have put back a lot of existing furniture because that corresponds to the charm of the house.
