The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

Experience the charm of bygone times in our lovingly restored half-timbered house in the historic center of Grimma, right on the city wall with a pergola balcony. Ideally located on the Mulderadweg, near the Leipzig Neuseen landscape, Leipzig City 35 km, Karls Erdbeerhof (Döbeln A14) 35 km, the state capital Dresden 83 km, Colditz Castle 18 km, A14 ramp 6 km. With bike shelter, e-bike charging stations and private parking space - perfect for cyclists, nature lovers and explorers!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).
