The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, business travelers, families (with children), and furry friends (pets).

In one bedroom there is a double bed (150x200) and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed (90x200 up and 120x200 down). There is also a cot and high chair in the apartment. TV in the living room and wireless internet. Guests can use the garden if desired.
