Older single-family home is rented. The house is located in close proximity to the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a closet and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a closet and a 150 cm bed. Bed linen, sheets and towels included :) The house is under a large renovation, so the basement is closed off and the parking lot is not finished but can be used. Feel free to reach out.

Here you live in the middle of a nice hiking areas, with a lot of forest and trails right outside the door. There is also proximity to golf course and Hesnes Hartneri, as well as the Marivold swimming area. Short way to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you wake up to birds singing and no noise We have a gated garden and plenty of room. We do not want partying or youth groups.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away.
