Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, is the laboratory of Grimstad soda factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is hoisted down from the wall and voila, you have a great bed. About 140 cm above the ground, so do not have a fear of heights and be a little sporty. With a view up to the sky outside. Urban location. Parking is possible right outside. Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Dette er ikke et moderne feriehus med luksus og høy standard. Naustet har en enkel og praktisk innredning, preget av sin alder og historie. Til gjengjeld får du en autentisk opplevelse tett på naturen og sjølivet.

Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Studio near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
