Our Scandinavian modern-vintage hideaway is tucked away on the edge of the forest. Open the sliding door and have breakfast with bird sounds, pine scent and squirrels around you. Large glass facades, Danish design furniture, a rain shower and a barista corner provide luxurious comfort in the middle of nature. Outside, you can enjoy a shower or bath under the pines, relax in the hammock and a fire pit under the starry sky. The Gorsselse Heide and the historic Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are just around the corner.

A magical experience in the middle of nature. This round red cedar yurt is tucked away on a sunny hill in the woods. In the evening, you will be treated to the sun setting over the Mookerheide, which can be admired from your private deck terrace. Sleep under a large dome roof with all the facilities in the house. A place full of character, unique in the Netherlands. Here you will soon feel at home and find the peace you are looking for. The perfect setting for romantic moments and mindful enjoyment. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

"Mooiplekje" stylish vacation home in the countryside

The 80 m² and over 100-year-old vacation home "Mooiplekje" is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. We look forward to welcoming you!

Garden house Deventer

Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

Wellness Guesthouse De Gronding with Jacuzzi/Sauna

Kick back and relax in our wellness guesthouse. Enjoy your private sauna and jacuzzi, to relax all day or after an active day of cycling, walking or shopping in the nearby towns of Deventer, Zutphen or Apeldoorn. Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. It has everything you need, just unpack your bags and enjoy!

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car(s) at the house. We don't offer breakfast service. Come stay!

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

Each apartment has a cozy bedroom, an inviting living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom and lovingly designed furnishings. Located directly above the "BumbleBee" daycare center, they offer a quiet atmosphere in a central location – the city center is only a 10-minute walk away.

Newly renovated and open to guests since January: Our private spa suite offers you a stylish getaway with a hot tub, sauna, large garden, terrace, and private entrance. The wellness area in the basement is exclusively for you. Ideal for romantic evenings, birthdays, or relaxing self-care time with plenty of privacy. The romantic packages are not included and can be booked on request.
