As the reviews already show - a very great apartment! The apartment is very large, clean and bright, quiet and with direct views of the countryside. Out of the window you see horses and pheasants. The apartment is stylish and simply furnished, we particularly liked the large sofa, the high-quality towels and linens. We spent the weekend there with our 1.5 year old daughter and it was very relaxing and straightforward for all of us. The hosts could not be nicer and more likeable! We would like to come back again.

Beautiful apartment for a little break. We immediately fell in love with the small town, not least because of the unique location of the apartment (direct view of the church, super quiet location). Very uncomplicated communication with Steven and even earlier check in was possible. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and has been absolutely clean. We felt super comfortable and immediately thought about when we can come back! Highly recommended.

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ans and Anton's. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring down, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. We were a family of 7 adults and 5 kids and we had a great stay! The home is really suitable for being together in one cosy living space and it brings you closer together. Exactly what you want from a family weekend to reunite. The only thing that was challenging is the fairly small kitchen space, but we managed that too in the end. There's so many options for doing little trips in the surroundings! We were never bored! Thank you Ellen for a great stay.

We were in the house for an extended weekend with 7 people (4 adults + 3 teenagers) and had a nice time. The house is quietly situated in a holiday park. We had a very nice welcome and check-in. Everything was available for our short stay.

Nice stand-alone little Dutch home adjacent to host’s home in green farmland and country side. House is spacious, clean, and with a pleasant patio and garden. Good place for families with kids.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and especially thanks to the great host! Already at check-in, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. Our host was consistently personable, incredibly patient and helpful at all times. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity have made our stay truly special. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the time in Reckum to the fullest. We highly recommend the place and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. We will definitely come back, what a nice place to stay and everything was perfectly arranged.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts.
