The house is bright and located in a beautiful garden. The location is ideal for exploring the landscape of the Schoorlsen dunes by bike or on foot. Groet offers a few great restaurants that are not so touristy. Ideal for individualists who love some peace and relaxation. If we come back to the area, we would love to stop here again.

Thank you, dear Ineke and dear Roel... for the warm welcome, the clean, pretty little cottage, cozy conversation in between and your reminder of a warm jacket for the cool evening. Your house is simply great, by bike you can quickly get through the beautiful dune landscape to the beach. Also many small places around and Alkmaar are easily accessible by bike. Til next time!

We (2 adults) felt very comfortable. We enjoyed using the small garden in the good weather. Here you can end the day completely relaxed. "De Schelp" is a good base for taking tours by bike/car and exploring the impressive area. The beaches are beautiful and easily accessible. We didn't miss anything in our getaway and would be happy to come back.

A beautiful, very clean apartment. It is very comfortably furnished. It is absolutely quiet, located in a side street. A small garden with a cozy terrace with seating and umbrella. Our bikes had a good place in the shed. The village can be easily explored on foot and is very beautiful without souvenir shops. The beach is only 10 minutes away by bike along the road or through the forest. The supermarket, restaurants and ice cream shop are only 5 minutes' walk away. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
