Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In addition to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) awaits you in the separate bedroom and in the living room a sofa that can be folded down to a bed with a width of 1.40 m. Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

A bakery and well-stocked supermarket are around the corner. On request with a crib and high chair as well as a toy box. A stone's throw to Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse (Karli) with lots of pubs and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with WiFi.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
