There are at least 3 places to sleep and if needed, additional mattresses can be put in the rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of parking spaces. The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by car or with the close-by Tram that gets you to the heart of Leizpig’s downtown area within 20 minutes.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.
