In addition to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) awaits you in the separate bedroom and in the living room a sofa that can be folded down to a bed with a width of 1.40 m. Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. The 1-room apartment was recently renovated to a high standard and has a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining area with 160x200cm queen-size bed, dining/desk, cozy sofa for relaxing, which can be converted into a sleeping area if required, fast WiFi and opaque curtains & mirrored windows. It is also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt district, with the KarLi just around the corner. Nevertheless, it is comparatively quiet.

Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).

The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal.
