Large, lovingly renovated farmhouse with sauna

The large half-timbered house of the cloth merchant C.W. Henke in Upper Lusatia: built in 1831 and carefully renovated with the original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, traditional linseed oil paints and historic wallpaper from the 1930s. On 260 m² there is plenty of space for up to 11 people, a large dining table for everyone, plenty of toys and a very extensively equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the wild garden, the terrace or the sauna.

Join friends and family at this great place with plenty of room for fun and entertainment. Explore the unique architectural landscape of the surrounding houses. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with lots of play options. On request, the sauna can be used under the sun terrace. For celebrations as well as creative classes, you can also rent the studio barn. The house rental includes 5 bedrooms for 5 people, each additional guest can come for 15€/N.

Villa Larix – Full wooden house directly on the nature - lake

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our holiday apartment is located in a rural area. It is a self-contained apartment in our house with a separate entrance. Apartment is fully equipped. As sleeping options, there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. 1 parking space is in front of the house. Storage space for bicycles is possible on request. The area is well suited for hiking and biking. We hosts are happy to help you.

In our multigenerational house, you can expect modern furnished accommodations. An apartment for 4 people is available for our guests. Of course, your vehicle is safe at the house. You are welcome to visit and use our garden with barbecue corner. On request, a loving breakfast with, for example, fresh organic eggs, homemade jam or delicious regional fruit and also sausage will be served for a small surcharge of 8 euros per person.

The apartment on the 2nd floor is very brightly designed and has everything you need to feel comfortable. 2 TVs, 1 x with 43-inch diagonal and 1 x 32-inch diagonal (living area/bedroom) allows you to relax. You will stay about 150 meters from the city center, but still on a quiet side street. Everything you need for groceries is 80 meters away. Fast WiFi is of course free of charge. Lots of restaurants within 300 m.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
