A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the green hamlet of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo system. The couch can be used as a fully-fledged extra bed for 1-2 people.
