it was very nice! Very nice and cozy house! really friendly and kind host only small flaw... the sheets were not 100% cotton so an allergic friend had a reaction.

We were very warmly welcomed by Veronica. The large, well-equipped apartment is located above Bibbona, right next to a small park with a playground in a quiet residential area. The view from the terrace to the coast is a highlight at any time of the day. Bibbona is a perfect starting point for bike tours and excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable at Veronica's and had a relaxing vacation. We would be happy to come back for a vacation.

The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the pool was a very welcome place to cool off. A great place to stay in Tuscany if you're hiring a car. Would highly recommend. Elisabetta was very helpful from start to finish.

we are a couple and we stayed for 4 nights; We were warmly welcomed from the start and they were helpful and welcoming throughout the holiday. The house has everything you could possibly need. the spaces are comfortable and fresh without even having had the constant need to turn on the air conditioner. highly recommended!!

The beach and the center are very quickly accessible on foot. Great apartment, very nice and dedicated hostess .... would definitely come back!

This place is highly recommended! Everything is the same as in the photos. The apartment is super spacious, imaginative and furnished with attention to detail, everything you need is available. We particularly liked the terrace overlooking the sea. Alessandro is a super friendly host.

Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

We stayed two nights in this fantastic cottage. It perfectly matches the description, the garden is a peaceful place. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of Volterra. Francesca was a super host, providing us with all the information for check-in in a very clear way. In the accommodation we found everything we needed and also some sweets for breakfast. Absolutely recommended

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Really cute home. Close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved it.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog, there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here, you can experience Tuscany in all its colors, and if you want to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We spent a week at Andrea's. The area is wonderfully quiet, very rural - just right for us and our dogs. The apartment delivers what the photos promise. Super clean, very well equipped and with great views from every window. Andrea and his son Lorenzo are very accommodating and attentive. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. All in all, an all-round successful accommodation 👌🏻

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.
