Willkommen zu Hause !! Von Beginn an haben wir uns so unfassbar wohl gefühlt! Daniele hat uns herzlich empfangen, es gab Olivenöl und Wein als willkommensgeschenk!! Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Fernab vom Massentourismus liegt diese Perle zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Wir haben die Ruhe so genossen, das itüpfelchen war der Pool bei den heißen Temperaturen! La Bulletta ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um das schöne Umbrien zu erkunden. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist der Wasserdruck;) ich habe dicke lange Haare und es war noch nie so schön und einfach diese zu waschen, besser als zu Hause!!! Danke an Daniele, seine Schwester und die unfassbar entzückenden Eltern für 7 Tage der absoluten Erholung und Entspannung fernab vom Alltag. Wir kommen wieder, ganz bestimmt

My husband and I stayed in Assisi for a business conference and were looking for a place that was close to things we enjoy, including food, local attractions, and hiking. Simone's place had all that and more! We appreciated his responsiveness and recommendations as well as help when we needed it on our trip. Simone's place had everything we needed including espresso, coffee, cookware, a washer, and even hair products (drier, straightener) to use so I didn't have to pack the bulky stuff. What we loved most was the little terrace included to have coffee in the morning or wine at night plus the apartment temp. being it was made of mostly brick and constructed into the hill almost. I would definitely stay at Simone's place again! Highly recommend.

La casa è silenziosa e dotata di tutto. Pochi minuti a piedi e si raggiunge il centro di Bastia con negozi bar e ristoranti. Emanuele e Sara forniscono un basket colazione super fornito, con latte, te e la moka a disposizione. In poco tempo si raggiunge Santa Maria degli angeli e assisi. molto gradito il consiglio per il parcheggio gratuito. Bravi!

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cuore di Vigna. Nadia et ses filles ont été des hôtesses merveilleuses , très agréables, réactives, avec pleins de conseils et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Le logement était fidèle à l’annonce, au calme et très propre. Nous reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion.

Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Location immersa nella tranquillità del verde, piscina pulita e sempre accessibile: è il posto ideale per rilassarsi. Stefania ci ha accolti benissimo, come se ci conoscesse da tempo, ci ha illustrato gli spazi e ci ha dato indicazioni utili per il soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato!

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

Adoramos a hospedagem! A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, fica num lugar muito bonito de campo e próxima da cidade. Para nossa grata surpresa havia ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos o que nos ajudou muito com o calor que fazia na região. Nossa família ficou muito bem acomodada e aproveitamos bastante!

Nonostante l'errore nella selezione delle date e la conseguente cancellazione Michele e la proprietà sono stati disponibili nel venirmi incontro. Grazie ancora!

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Natchana war sehr schön, ruhig, erholsam und hundefreundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten, welcher nochmal durch einen Weidezaun vor Wild schützt, bietet nicht nur ein gepflegten Pool, sondern hat alles was man für seine Bedürfnisse braucht. Es sind ausreichend verschiedene Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Grillecke mit eigenem Waschbecken vorhanden. Allgemein ist der Garten am Abend mit seiner Beleuchtung, dem See im Hintergrund und den Glühwürmchen ein absolutes Traumambiente. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr und Gewürzen vorhanden, sodass man nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, wird es nicht bereuen.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato un weekend nella casetta ed è stato tutto perfetto: dall’accoglienza degli host, alla struttura (arredamento, servizi, giardino, piscina e silenzio) e infine il panorama. Appena sarà possibile ritorneremo sicuramente!

Eine tolle Woche in einer Burg in den Umbrischen Bergen - super ruhig gelesen, ein fantastischer Pool mit Blick. Für volle Entspannung und entschleunigung ist man hier genau richtig! Nazareno, der Schlossmeister, hilft bei allen Fragen - ob top gibt es einen super lieben Hund und eine Katze.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso in Umbria è stata stupenda, posti magnifici e un’appartamento che, al rientro della giornata, ci faceva sentire a casa. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto ciò che potesse servirci e ben riscaldato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai borghi più belli e a due passi dall’aeroporto. Claudio e Martina sono stati gentilissimi e presenti con discrezione, ci hanno coccolati e accontentati in ogni nostra esigenza. Due persone speciali! Consigliamo l’Uliveto a tutti, un nido confortevole anche per chi come noi dovesse viaggiare con un bambino piccolo.

I Tre Gigli è una casa piccola ma super funzionale. L'appartamento è nuovo ed arredato con gusto. Dentro c'è tutto l'occorrente per un bel soggiorno per due o tre persone. Noi siamo stati in tre ( io, mio marito e nostro figli di 2 anni e mezzo) e non ci è mancato veramente nulla. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi e, nei dintorni, c'è davvero tutto. La pulizia impeccabile. Federica una host super gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliato senza dubbio!

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

The reviews are all spot on - this is one of the best Airbnb’s ever!! The apartment is beautifully decorated, reflecting Agnese’s and Micael’s background as designers. The outdoor kitchen is totally outfitted for cooking and having meals al fresco is fantastic! There were so many extra touches (local olive oil and honey, home made jam, spices, herb garden and more!) and, most importantly, comfortable beds and quality linens. It’s necessary, of course, to have a car to stay here but then it becomes the perfect base of operations from which to explore Tuscany. It’s one of those places where we wished we could stay longer and hope we can come back to again. It sets the bar high!!
