U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Siamo stati veramente bene a Villa Eden, dal momento del nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Tiziana calorosamente facendoci sentire subito a casa, ci ha dato consigli e ci anche aiutato a trovare un ristorante per cenare. la casa è decorata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio , pulita e ben attrezzata di tutto. la posizione è perfetta per visitare i vari luoghi del Umbria. Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Esperienza assolutamente positiva da ripetere sicuramente, posto incantevole per la tranquillità e per le lunghe passeggiate immersi nella natura insieme ai nostri due pelosetti accolti in struttura senza nessun problema. L host molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura è davvero molto bella, gli alloggi molto puliti e attrezzati di molti comfort e la presenza di una piscina impeccabile rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole soprattutto nei periodi più caldi. Siamo stati veramente molto bene e ringrazio di cuore la signora Maddalena per l’accoglienza e per il dolce pensiero che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo.

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

Sara è stata super gentile e affabile, con la sua splendida figlia ci hanno trattato benissimo, dandoci consigli su come muoversi per visitare Assisi e i paesi che avevamo in programma. Wir wurden von Vittoria sehr freundlich empfangen und von Carmela gut und ebenso freundlich betreut. Das Haus im Grünen mit Pool übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen, und wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Gerne empfehlen wir diese einmalig schöne Unterkunft weiter in der Schweiz.

For anyone wanting to experience the Tuscan hospitality, beauty and Italian charm this is the perfect location for you! Families, groups, single travelers all welcome and provided appropriate accommodations . The views are picturesque and the owner and staff are truly dedicated to sharing Tuscany with you! The farm/winery tour followed by the wine luncheon is a must do! The entire staff is truly cares about your experience and happily wants to pass on their knowledge to you. Having the beautiful pool and patio was a perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon. We are hoping to return this year for another Tuscan respite! Thank you to Chiara for sharing family home!

This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Huge thanks to the hosts for their care and warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and filled with a sense of calm. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Il soggiorno da Paolo è stato perfetto! Io ho alloggiato nella casa al piano terra per due, comoda e soprattutto..fresca!!!essendo in pietra se fuori c erano 28 gradi dentro avevo freschino ! Stupendo! Giardino davanti totalmente recintato per poter fare sgambare i cani è perfetto! Paolo super gentile e mi ha aiutata con tutto con tanta pazienza e molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! In più il posto che vale dieci stelle! Paesino pieno di gatti randagi che stanno da dio, gente felice e cordiale..e natura meravigliosa! Ci tornerò!

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Die Unterkunft und insbesondere der Garten sieht in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aus, als auf den Bildern ! Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft schön, es ist absolut ruhig und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Perfekt zum Entspannen und genießen. Die Gastgeberin war zudem super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und herzlich! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-)

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tutto veramente perfetto. Casa splendida, immersa nel verde. Sabrina disponibilissima anche nel fornire informazioni riguardo la città di Gubbio. Casa molto pulita.

Tommaso und Marta sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachten Kuchen und Brot empfangen. Es gibt einen SPA Bereich, den Pool haben wir ein paar Mal genutzt. Ein Highlight für unsere Tochter war der Besuch der fattoria, das wir Familien mit Kind sehr empfehlen. Sogar einen Kindersitz für die E-Bikes hat Tommaso montiert. Es war wunderbar. Wir empfehlen es weiter!

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.
