Petite tiny house située sur notre propriété à l'arrière de notre résidence principale. Vous y trouverez le confort nécessaire pour une ou deux personnes (lit transformable deux places). Terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur et barbecue à disposition. Plaque de cuisson, machine à café Senseo, serviettes de bain. Vous serez proche de toutes commodités de la ville du Relecq-Kerhuon et à quelques centaines de mètres de sa plage du moulin blanc. Accès par boîte à clefs si nous sommes absents.

The Breton coast awaits you 30-35 minutes away by car. Ideally situated: 10 min from the center of Brest 15 min from the charming town of Landerneau 10 min from the port of Brest

5 minutes from Brest and 10 minutes by car from the sea, this charming penty awaits you. The house has 2 bedrooms with bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and a living room by the fire, for your evenings of comics and board games. In the enclosed garden there is a dining area with a parasol. I provide you with deckchairs for moments of rest. This small green nest will offer you a relaxing time a stone's throw from Brest. Hello and welcome! Here is some information about the house for your stay: The house is spacious and includes 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a room dedicated to machines (washing machine and dryer) with the iron. Another room serves as a dressing room upstairs. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with its own bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen, as well as a large room with a sofa bed and a seating area.

45 m2 apartment, located on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance, which we took the time to renovate to welcome you. Here, no concierge, we take care of everything! ;-)) New and comfortable bedding for the 2 beds. You will be ideally located to visit Brest and its surroundings, during your family trips or business trips. We always try to be present to welcome you, otherwise it is possible to use the lockbox.

New house / Downtown / Close to airport

With family, friends or for business, come and stay in this new house located in a residential area and close to downtown Guipavas and its local shops. The house is close to the airport and highways allowing quick access to the cities of Brest, Relecq Kerhuon and Plougastel Daoulas. The house is ideally located for visiting in particular: the harbor of Brest, Océanopolis or the National Botanical Conservatory.

Micro-studio in a local's home

Comfortable pied-à-terre ideal for 1 person (double bed 1.20 m) for a short or medium stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is the possibility to park in the square for free. This 15 m2 accommodation, with shower room, kitchenette and toilet, is on the ground floor, adjoining my home. Access is independent. Eau Blanche tram station is 4 minutes away.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This gîte was made entirely by us, it took us 6 years to create a place that suits us completely. We are very happy to introduce you to this little piece of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our "Landes de Bretagne" sheep, peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.

We rent our pleasant sea view apartment, the 180-degree panorama of the harbor is superb (from Plougastel to the entrance of Goulet). Ideally located in the city center, 2 min walk to the train station, 5 min to the tram and all amenities. You will enjoy a beautiful living space and a small south-facing balcony, ideal for 2-3 travelers.

Idéalement situé au centre géographique de Brest. Ce studio cosy et calme sera une bonne alternative, seul ou en couple, pour un séjour avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Arrêt de bus "Pasteur" à 30 mètres de l'appartement. Lignes n°02A, 3, 44 et 50. Ligne B du Tramway (Gare au CHU) à 300m, arrêt "Albert 1er".
