100 meters from the oyster port, WELCÔM IS a CHIC and INTIMATE PLACE composed of 5 charming accommodations, all dedicated to renting for travellers in an old renovated building. 2 large houses face each other, separated by a large quiet patio available to all. The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by digicode and allows you to be completely independent. A room to practice yoga or other, bike garage and laundry room are available. Attention swimming pool closed from 11/13 to 12/18. "fisherman's house" in pedestrian residence, wooded park, direct access to the beach, bike paths, walks on the coastal path and beautiful beaches. The house consists of a living room (sofa bed 2 pers), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, plates), bathroom, separate toilet, terrace with table, sun loungers, pets allowed. (sheets and towels not provided)
