Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

This place gets an 11 out of 10. The location was beautiful. The place was immaculately clean. It was well decorated. The beach was just across the street. I felt very secure so I went on walks every night.

This was our second time staying at your condo. Once again, we really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated the fact that you had two regular beach chairs for us to use. We had a wonderful time once again. Everything was just perfect.

Our stay was amazing. This studio was exactly as described, and Heidi was the most responsive and thorough host! She made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy her little piece of paradise on Longboat Key! She's thought of it all and was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. She communicated an earlier check-in with us, and the condo was stocked with everything needed to make our stay memorable. Dolphins from the backdoor, sea turtles nesting every night, and the beach just a few steps away were some of our favorite memories! We had a few minor inconveniences (no fault of Heidi's), and she went above and beyond to repair the issues and make sure we were comfortable and accommodated . We already miss this place and cannot wait to go back.

The place was great. The balcony is amazing. The views are gorgeous. Very close to town. Maria is an excellent host! I’ve slept on a better bed. I tried both, the other bed is two beds pushed together to make a king. Wasn’t terrible just not the best. Master room gets bright early.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Our stay was so easy and enjoyable! Dior’s place is so cute and very clean. We were able to walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so nice to have our private beach access right down the sidewalk, and right beside the pool! We were also so glad that she was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit Siesta!

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We highly recommend Aubrey’s place and will definitely stay here when we come back! Melissa and John

The house was clean and had everything you needed to make you feel as if you were at your own home. The pool was great. The house was in a perfect location to anything you’d need, restaurants, stores etc. 15 minutes from the beach which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Marko’s family home was beautiful, charming, and spotlessly clean. The home is perfectly located, walkable to beautiful beaches and great restaurants and shops, including the market. Marko was extremely hospitable, ensured we were all set and gave wonderful recommendations. We loved this place and will be back again next year. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The drive to the beach was less than five minutes and there was always parking at the beach. The house was SO CLEAN and relaxing! Lots of nice beach chairs that we think had insulated pockets although we didn’t realize that until our last day. Lots of kitchen appliances so we could bake cookies, grill burgers, and cook in the stove. Overall a really great stay!

This was among the most beautiful and well-appointed Airbnbs that we’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Our trip was centered around a family 60th birthday celebration and this was such a lovely backdrop for our gathering. Our primary plans were to enjoy the sunrises and gorgeous outdoor area, cooking meals on the grill and enjoying them by the pool with a view of the intercoastal waterway. As such, when we arrived to find that the grill wasn’t working properly, we were disappointed. We communicated with our host about the grill the day after our arrival, and received an immediate response. However, it ultimately required back and forth texts (some at our initiation due to not receiving an update) and three days until the handyman graciously brought over his grill to loan us. Something we learned from this trip is the importance of communicating to your hosts what it is about their place that is most important to your stay—and perhaps we should have checked on the grill specifically.

5 stars for the location and proximity to everything Sarasota has to offer. The hot / cold water cooler and teas and coffee was nice to have. There’s room for improvement, ie front door and lanai couches but great find overall.

Great house, everything clean and comfortable, easy to get to popular restaurants and beaches, will definitely come back!

We had a very good time at Siesta Key and enjoyed our time at Maureen's place. The building is older, the amenities are well maintained and the condo itself is well cared for. I did find some mystery stains on the mattress and the decorative pillows in my room, but I'm guessing they are just spills that were difficult to get out. More importantly, the boat dock is usable, albeit with some difficulty if the boat is larger than 22 feet or so. We figured out on the second day that the best way to dock was parallel to the intracoastal between the posts and to tie off with lines on either side of the stern and with a single line on the bow. I would check ahead to make sure the dock is available, but we had no other boats docked there on a holiday weekend. The private beach access was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend, despite the short walk required to get there. Having both intracoastal and beach access is the biggest value of the place in my opinion.

We have been coming to Siesta for years and rented all over the key. Siesta Dunes is right on the beachfront. It’s large with a huge pool in the centre with tons of loungers and umbrellas and then you walk out to the massive beach. Although people say walkable to the beach, in most cases you have to cross the main road and go to the other side which is a severe pain. This is all contained and it’s important for me to have the least work possible on vacation. There’s a centre deck with bbqs overlooking the beach where everyone comes to watch the sunset. Tanya’s place is bigger than it looks on the photos with two back decks, plenty of seating inside and back out. Siesta is our home twice a year and now that we found Siesta Dunes we are booked for Christmas. The trolley is the best part of Siesta outside of the massive white beach and we always make a date night at Summer House. Tanya’s is worth staying at.

My daughter and I stayed for a mother daughter girls trip and had a blast! They made sure to take care of every little detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Even checking in and making sure we made it ok. It was very clean and the location was amazing. Easy to get around on the trolly if we didn't want to drive and literally steps away from the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise beach. Do yourself a favor and book the trip!

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

The condo is exactly as pictured! We had a great experience. Hostesses were very responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The use of their beach gear was so convenient and made everything easier! The in unit laundry was so convenient to dry our towels and suits every night, total bonus. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again! 🐚🏖️❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Christian was very responsive, provided clear location and check-in instructions and shared a host guidebook full of local recommendations. The condo was very clean and stocked with plenty of household items. The complex pool was a great option for a day off the beach. We watched the boats pass by on the bay and floated on rafts with the pool to ourselves for several hours. The condo is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. We utilized the Trolley and Uber to get in town. Opted to rent beach chairs/umbrellas/tent from Tropical Beach Services which we felt was worth the money to not have to carry everything over and they knew exactly where to set it up within the permitted private beach area. Great option for a family stay in Siesta Key.

The place was great! Very well stocked kitchen, bathroom and even had beach stuff available for use. Location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants.

This is our family's second time at the sea club, we love the sea club for what it has to offer you have the private dock on the bay to fish, a heated pool and private beach access. This year and last year we went it wasn't overly packed like some other places which makes it nice if you want to enjoy a day at the pool without it being crowded. The only downside to keep in mind is that because of the hurricane the laundry room and outside bathrooms are closed, we didn't realize that until we went to wash clothes and had to go to a laundry matt. Other than that it was a good stay Joe's place looks better than the pictures listed.
