Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Welcome to our cozy cottage in a natural and lovely environment. Here you have the forest as a neighbor and close to nice walking paths. As well as close to swimming and fishing, jetty and boat. From our large balcony on the front, you have a view of the lake and the meadows where our cows graze from spring to late autumn. This is the cottage to stay in if you want to stay in a private setting but also be close to most things. Holmsjö community is 1500 meters away. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, gas station and a nice summer cafe on our nice local island.

House close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious home with old-world charm. Here you live near nature without neighbors. There are good opportunities to hike in the woods, swim, pick mushrooms and berries, fish and bike, just go straight from the garden out on the nearest forest road. Lake and swimming are available within 5 km, also grocery store, train station, gas station and pizzeria within 5 km. Fishing licenses are available to buy at Tempo in Holmsjö, also for more lakes in case of interest. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

In front of you is a charming and modern lake cottage with a unique location right next to the edge of beautiful Kalmarsund. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located between two award-winning summer towns, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located with a car ride of about 30 minutes to both cities. As you can imagine, there are plenty of different excursion destinations. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Welcome to a nature-loving home with many opportunities! The cottage is beautifully located, surrounded by meadows and with a large fenced garden. This is the cottage to stay in if you enjoy being surrounded by nature and still have close access to most things. Walking and cycling distance to swimming, boating/fishing, outdoor gym and barbecue area, and to Holmsjö center, which has a cozy summer café, grocery store, pizzeria, gas station and flea market in the nearby village.

Nice house in Linneryd near the Lake & the Forest

Stay comfortable in a typical Swedish house from a small village where you can enjoy Swedish nature, Småland lake and Kronoberg forest 🌲🫎 🎣 Mattress are new :-) Some precision on equipment : Barbecue is miniature. Computer screen for working is 22". Ink printer is available but the ink may be paying. Maintenance on bikes is not garanted. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs but the bath is in the basement.

Nice cottage in Småland

Close to nature accommodation in smaller village, with beautiful environment along Ronnebyån. Torp with several beds and social areas. Patio with morning and morning sun, barbecue and bikes are available. Nearby there is the possibility of swimming, boat, canoe rental, hiking trail, grocery store as well as restaurant and cafe. The landlord is available and lives just next door.
