Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Our granny apartment is located on an idyllic property directly on the island lake. From the covered terrace as well as the rooms you can look into the garden and enjoy the nature and the partial view of the lake. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Within walking distance you can reach the Ernst Barlach Museum, the beach and restaurants. By arrangement, our boat can be used and you can get directly from the jetty to the lake.

Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the first floor of a townhouse on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike path. It is close to several lakes with swimming areas, boat rentals, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renaissance castle. Cranes can often be seen and heard in the immediate vicinity. Located on the edge of the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park and not far from the Warnowdurchbruchstal, there are many excursion destinations for nature, handicraft and history enthusiasts.
