Holiday rentals with a patio in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! My stay at Angela's place in Samos was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stayed wonderfully cool even on the hottest days. I really appreciated the personal touches, like the delicious cookies she left for us. Angela's recommendations were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't recommend it enough. Ms. Övgü is a wonderful host. He is very interested and provides flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out times. The location of the house is close to the beach, there are many markets, restaurants and cafes around. We easily found a place to park the car in the immediate vicinity of the house. The house is quite enough for two people. We also had the materials we needed. We were very satisfied with both our host and the house. Thank you ❤️

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

Mr. Ali was very interested. We spent our weekend as if we were in our own home, nice and comfortable. Everything in the house was thought out to the finest detail and was quite clean. The amenities provided made our holiday more comfortable and effortless. It was our first stay, but it won't be the last. We recommend that everyone go there one day.

We had a great stay at Çapan's place. right in the heart of Kuşadaşi. We were very happy during our stay were he made us feel like in home.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

We spent a good two weeks in Danjel's beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street from which you can walk to the beach and also to the center of Pythagoreio in a few minutes. Parking was no problem in the nearby public parking lot. The apartment is very spacious, so you can easily spend a longer time there with two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The two terraces are also great. Danjel is a very friendly host who was easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Samos and would be happy to come back!

Perfect vacation. Accommodation in a great location with sea view and practically 20 meters from the small beach of Ireo. The accommodation is cozy and well-stocked, easy to reach in the heart of Ireo. Clean and with everything you need. Beautiful balcony with sea view. It is also convenient to park the car. Ireo is a small, quiet town with several taverns and 2 small supermarkets where you can buy what you need every day, and other various shops. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easy to reach, but you need a car. We had a great time and overall we liked Samos very much. Manolis was very kind and very helpful. I recommend staying with him.

This was a bright, roomy apartment with multiple windows for fresh air and viewing. It is in a location that catches sea breezes, reducing need for AC. We particularly liked that it was an easy walk into the center of Fourni.

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

Great accommodation and in a spotless location. Christ is one of the best villages to live in Ikaria. Very quiet and private. Mrs. Fotini is one of the most hospitable hosts I've ever met. We'd prefer it again with my eyes closed.

Everything was impeccable and in a state of cleanliness and location! The welcome was very good from Mrs. Aggeliki who with her warm welcome, gave us some instructions for the places that are worth visiting. I highly recommend it!!
