We all had a lovely, relaxing stay with Ian & Michele, who were both very welcoming and helpful. They even hosted a bbq for us, which was very kind of them. The accommodation was spacious, comfy and fully equipped. We enjoyed time in the meadow, and daily walks to the stream. The cats, Lola & Lenny were very friendly, and enjoyed spending time with our 8 year old. It’s a very beautiful & peaceful setting, with many nice places to visit- Woolacombe sandy beach, Combe Martin, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Dunster castle, Tarks Trail & much more. Can recommend the picturesque pub- The Staggs Head in Filleigh where the home cooked food was delicious & very reasonably priced. A lovely holiday was had. Sarah's beautiful annexe is located in a such lovely, peaceful area. Communication before and during our stay was top notch. Sarah was helpful and made us feel welcome. The Airbnb itself was spotlessly clean as was the hot tub, the area was so relaxing and we had everything required for a lovely 3 night getaway. The photos and the description of the place are accurate, if anything the place is bigger and even nicer in person. Directions (What3Words was great), checking in/out and all instructions were extremely clear and straight forward. My partner and I would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! Great place in a great location, with James nearby as an excellent host. Communication made finding and checking in a breeze. Everything inside we needed, very cosy and the underfloor heating was very nice for us. The location itself is great for all places to visit, 30-40 mins to Lynton, 20 mins to Exmoor zoo, 30-40 mins to Ilfracombe/Woolacombe, 10 mins to Barnstaple (Tesco and Lidl here), and 30-40 mins to Westward Ho!. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Devon

Trina & Ralph are perfect, professional, friendly, responsive & informative hosts. From the start of our enquiry, through booking to actual stay they couldn't have done more to make our stay and my wife's birthday more perfect. Accommodation is perfectly laid out and is exceptionally clean across all facilities. Tremendously well thought out, designed and stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedroom and masses of storage. The shower/bathroom is spacious and very bright. Good lounge area with excellent TV channel options. Incredible outdoor balcony, accessed from lounge space saving doors, with built in blinds, with table and chairs and amazing views of the countryside to the river. Sun umbrella provided, which was used due to very warm weather, balmy evenings spent on the balcony with drinks. This accommodation is ideal for couples and is an exceptional home from home jewel in the crown. We would highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts. We will return. Thank you.

The Warren is set in a peaceful location. It provided me with a cosy escape away, which was just what I was looking for. Great location to visit the beaches and seaside towns. Victoria was very responsive to any questions or queries I had. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Just to say we had a lovely stay at Christine’s which was local to our family to visit. Had a lovely time and the home spotless. Christine was always on hand for any queries. Thank you for the welcome pack of tea,coffee and chocolate biscuits and essentials in the fridge (Milk and butter). We will certainly be returning later in the year. Thank you for making us welcome.

Me and my partner have just got back after spending 4 nights at the little barn. Everything was as described. The photos don’t do the size justice it is huge! More than enough space for 2 people. The decor is lovely and just to our tase. The shower is amazing! It was lovely to see the horses and pony right outside the kitchen and bedroom window. Also the chickens roaming freely. Everything we wanted or needed plus more was there, tea, coffee , sugar and milk for when we arrived, oh and the lovely farm fresh eggs, these were delicious! The kitchen is kitted out perfectly. The hot tub on the decking area was an added bonus, watching the sun set of an evening whilst enjoying an Aperol spritz was amazing. Also the bbq was a superb added touch. Philippa was a perfect host! There if you needed. Philippa also advised us of places to go, I can highly recommend Tavistock, a lovely town only half an hour away. There’s plenty of places to visit. We have already booked for next year!
