Wonderful peaceful place to stay!

We loved our stay at Sabine and Sander’s place. The location is ideal - very walkable to everything and close to multiple buses. They had many pans to use and a five burner stove, so cooking was easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. We miss it already!

Yasmine and Sabah have been great hosts, very friendly and the hospitality was top-tier! They introduced the flat to us and told us everything we need to know. They also repeatedly checked in on us via chat and gave us tips on what to do in the area and places worth a visit that are nearby. They very much care about their guests. The place was very nice, light and clean, with a great and comfortable terrace. We felt at home straight from the go and hopefully will return some day. 😊

We had a wonderful time. There are many small shops and restaurants in the area, and everything is very walkable.

Lovely place in a beautiful city. Sabine was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay in Haarlem. We have a family of 4 and it was perfect size for us as a launch point for adventures in The Netherlands. I’d highly recommend the Corrie TenBoom Huis tour in Haarlem just a short walk from the apartment.

Irma is a delightful host! I highly, highly recommend her loft! love the view, the quietness of the location, would have rented permanently if available!

Rene's apartment was a great place to stay with secure parking, a nice enclosed backyard for that quiet drink after a hard day's travel, and every convenience in the apartment. Great that it was on ground level too with no steps to climb. Rene was a very gracious host and provided lots of suggestions on where to go. Alkmaar is a lovely town just a short walk away - the Stadskaffee Laurens is a good first stop as it serves half price coffee for that morning pickup. If you combine the Zuiderzeemuseum at nearby Enkhuizen (boat museum with an outdoor folk museum) with a stop at the Museummolen on the way, you will see some real history (much cheaper than Zaanse Schans). Definitely recommended!

The accommodation is not only modern and clean, but also cozy. You feel comfortable right away and can handle everything immediately. The location is quiet and in the private rear building, but you can still easily reach the nearest train station by public transport or on foot within a few minutes. Long-distance roads are also in the immediate vicinity. Street parking is possible at any time and free of charge. Danielle is an experienced, friendly and well-prepared host. She is happy to help with any questions and otherwise leaves you to your privacy. We used the accommodation as a starting point for trips to Amsterdam, the beach, and the surroundings of North Holland. Everything was easily accessible within 30 minutes. We felt welcome and very comfortable at the accommodation. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful, right on the canal with a nice view. Purmerend is a very nice little town with beautiful parks. If you are coming for Amsterdam it is a little inconvenient to get into the city, but still manageable. If you are coming for purmerend I couldn’t imagine a better place for the price. Sandra was very helpful and a great host as well.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! Welkom is a nice and relaxed host. We were allowed to park directly in front of the house and use the bicycles. This means you can be on the beach and in the center in 7 minutes. You have your own entrance and a steep staircase leads to the spacious apartment. Admittedly, the leather couch in the living room looks good, but it is not necessarily suitable for cozy TV evenings ;) Then it's better to go to the comfortable bed in the bedroom with a balcony on the north side. The blinds don't really darken and it's a little noisy, which you should perhaps know. Conclusion: a great apartment with a great location, what more do you want :)

The flat is in a lovely 17th century house on the canal. It is a 15 minute walk from the station which is very convenient if you’re travelling around to other places as we did. Marjan is very nice and communicative.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. The room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the yard. Thank you very much again for the wonderful stay!! Dr. Gerlinde and Heinz Schulte-Brochterbeck

Oskar is a great host. He was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived and went through everything we needed to know. Apartment was filled with everything we could possibly need for our stay and was immaculate. Location is great, just a 5 min walk from Centraal station. Would highly recommend.

We had a great weekend. Very nice location, 2 minutes walk from the station and the beach. Attentive hosts and a well-maintained apartment with everything you need: coffee, tea, cold drinks in the fridge, cookies, sunscreen, shower supplies. Nice beds and a good shower. And perfectly sunny weather too. I would leave in an instant!

We had a great time staying at Yvonne's studio. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and was in an ideal location for the station and walking into the town centre. The surrounding areas very quiet and the supermarket is very close by too. Yvonne was friendly and welcoming and gave us good advice about where to go and what to do. She is a great host and we enjoyed staying there and would happily to so again.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the pot-bellied pig that came to visit us outside at breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor whirlpool. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully furnished, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, accessible by car. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

Luba was a very communicative and friendly host. The flat was absolutely beautiful—probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a great location. It has a great view of a canal and this is its strongest point! It is also very close to the tram and Aurore is always willing to answer your questions. I am leaving the guest star of the house, Zola. Without her the house would be another ordinary airbnb.. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

We spent a week before Easter at Thildy's place and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need for a holiday. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped. Communication with Thildy was very good.
