Nach Basel, Frankreich ist 45 Minuten entfernt, Freiburg eine Stunde. Feldberg 45 Minuten. Schwimmbad Schweigmatt ist ein Vereinsbad. Man kann für 20 Euro für 4 mal erwerben.

Our apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located at the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 410 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families with older children. It includes a double bed on the gallery, as well as a sofa bed in the living area. Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesental valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to five guests a cozy stay. The border triangle enables a variety of cultural and sports leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
