The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Apartment in the heart of Šumava in the village of Zadov / Stachy. Fully equipped for three adults (or 2 adults and two children). Skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling in beautiful nature. Pleasant sitting on your own balcony with a view of the valley. Restaurants nearby. Own cellar for storing skis, bicycles. Access to common areas (bike room, ski room). Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).
