The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

The apartment is surrounded by the forests of the Bavarian and Bohemian forests on the edge of a small village. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks Lake Haidmühl, forests and mountains. The valley station of the local mountain, the Dreisessels, with its alpine pasture is almost right at your doorstep. The nearest towns are Jandelsbrunn, Altreichenau, Waldkirchen (25 min) and Passau (50 min).

The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
