It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Welcome to my beautiful and charming 1-room apartment in the Saale city of Halle. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet in a side street, which also offers parking right in front of the house. Great cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and a supermarket is right around the corner. The stylishly furnished old building apartment is located in an apartment building in the artists' quarter of Giebichenstein not far from the Saale and the Halle Zoo.

It is located on the second floor of a Wilhelminian-style building and has one bedroom, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, and a separate kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, with the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. Two children can comfortably accommodate two adults if they like each other very much.
