The House with a Spa

Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

The waterfront is the Vanaja waterway extending from Hämeenlinna to Tampere (length about 80 km ). Nearby, 7 km (10 min) is the famous Aulanko Nature Preserve. This national monument houses a golf-course and spa. One of the main tourist attractions of southern Finland, is the Medieval Hame castle, constructed in the 13th century. It is 12 km (15 minutes) from the venue.

The villa has modern comforts: drinking water, A/C, dishwasher and washing machine, sauna and hot tub with lakewater with lake views. Many Finnish design brands (Marimekko, Iittala, Fiskars, Balmuir) can be found in textiles and in kitchen. You can use a canoe, SUP boards and a rowing boat with an electric motor. Large beach plot located near the Messilä ski slopes, ski trails and golf course. Will spend a holiday in the vicinity of Messilä resort. Own beach. Main cottage: living room, kitchen+3 bedrooms and toilet up to.90m2. Also on the property is a second cottage with 4 separate beds on the top floor. Contemporary kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. Sauna building has a shower, electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna that also has a lot of wood-burning space.

An idyllic countryside leisure villa in Kaitamo. Kaitamo is located on the shore of Pintelee with good transportation, next to Highway 12 on Pälkäne. The house has its own driveway as well as a very large parking space. 3min walk to Pintelee by the village of Kaitamo. A 25-minute drive to Sappee ski resort. Excellent accommodation for a larger one than for a smaller group, and for families with children. Whirlpool use fee for additional price €50/accommodation.
