The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies.

The waterfront is the Vanaja waterway extending from Hämeenlinna to Tampere (length about 80 km ). Nearby, 7 km (10 min) is the famous Aulanko Nature Preserve. This national monument houses a golf-course and spa. One of the main tourist attractions of southern Finland, is the Medieval Hame castle, constructed in the 13th century. It is 12 km (15 minutes) from the venue.

The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

From Villa Valpuri, you can admire Raikunjärvi and within a walking distance, you can enjoy the great outdoor opportunities of Vehoniemenharju with its lean-tos. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
