Holiday rentals with lake access in Hämeenlinna

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Thank you very much.

A peaceful cabin in the woods and right by the lake. Comfortable double bed, well equipped kitchen, rather dated furnishings but that just adds to the charms. Views from the kitchen table of the surrounding farmland and woods. The lake was lovely with swans and water lilies but too shallow and muddy to swim. Can recommend walking in the Laipanmaa hiking area and the swimming lake at Pälkäne. Karoliina was very helpful, thank you.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet area within walking distance from the center of Tampere. Particularly points for a good bed and air conditioning. Parking in front of the apartment is a very good addition.

A big thank you to Calle for his responsiveness, his follow-up. Host listens. Very nice house with a peaceful environment and a very nice view. Dishes outside are not an issue. Very good stay. To be recommended.

We were in Sysmä for the third time, but this was our first visit in the summer. The courtyard was summery and beautiful and we had a great time as before.

A peaceful and welcoming place to stay with an incredibly beautiful lakefront location. Great outdoor trails leave right next to the place to stay. It was lovely to sit on a glazed deck and a lakeside sauna terrace admiring summer and nature.

The apartment was cozy and well-equipped. Very lush environment; walking/cycling paths and trails near the beach. A parking spot in the yard is a big plus. Good TV. Large cozy balcony overlooking the lake. Great location for a dog family. You can go for a run right from the front door.

The stay went smoothly from start to finish. We were given good instructions ahead of time and it was evident that we were welcome guests The apartment was as described and the sounds of the road next door only from the knuckle in the background. Two adults and two small dogs had a great time throughout the three-day mini vacation.

This place exceeded my expectations . The apartment was beautifully decorated, the kitchen and other necessary utensils were missing. A great surprise when I arrived at the apartment on the TV “burned the fireplace” Wow effect. I would have loved to stay here longer.

Charming stay with us in Sanna's summer dream, by the Tuusulanjärvi art route! Sanna is a fluent, friendly and interactive hostess. All communication with Sanna before and during the stay was pleasant and smooth. He was also nice and flexible with schedules. We especially enjoyed the luxurious tree sauna, the cozy & beautiful yard with pergolas, and the bicycles that were available throughout the stay. It was wonderful to get to ride in the summer weather on the nearby Tuusulanjärvi cultural route from Ainola to Halosenniemi in an idyllic rural landscape! The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was comfortably equipped with dishes for two-person meals and a refrigerator for storing food. Summer cooking was well taken care of with the barbecue on the cottage terrace. We highly recommend Sanna's accommodation to others interested in the atmosphere of Tuusulanjärvi and the scenery of the Järvenpää coastal road!

Very comfortable, clean apartment and well-equipped. A short walk to downtown. Absolutely lovely lake views. It was a great place for a car, too. I'd love to come back.

We had a great stay at Tarja's cabin. The spacious yard and cozy cabin created an environment where we could relax right away. The sauna was great and we especially enjoyed swimming in the lake. Very nice kitchen to prepare your own foods. Bed was comfortable and the place had a nice homey feeling. Highly recommend!

Fabulous few days at this wonderful cottage by the lake. The setting is spectacular and peaceful. The house has everything you could want and we made good use of the Kayaks, rowing boat sauna, hot tub etc. Jukka very helpful upon arrival and with his suggestions. Can't recommend more highly We will be back I'm sure.

I loved the place! Beautiful scenery for idyllic seductive people. Peaceful and private setting! Rowing on the lake was comfortably done on a boat in use. The separate sleeping area was really good and the bed bigger than normal was a big plus. The sleeping area was crowned by an air source heat pump that was well adjusted to a quiet sleeping setting. We slept really well in the listing! The sauna was really neat and atmospheric. The carrying water brought real cottage vibes. The cooking was a great success in a diverse summer kitchen. The home has a large deck and a large covered area where it was nice to hang out, both in the rain and the shine. Our dog was also very comfortable at the property. Communicating with Marko and Marjo was really easy and natural! Messages were always responded to, and everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend this place!

This cute little cottage was equipped with everything needed to cook simple meals and enjoy the time in the nature. We spent beautiful three nights in this peaceful mökki next to the lake. Anja was a great host, and super cool/healthy and bright lady! We were really glad we chose to stay here. Iso kiitos Anja!

Our stay at the lake house was nothing short of magical. The cottage was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — from a cozy indoor grill perfect for rainy evenings to a traditional wood-fired sauna right by the lake, where time seemed to slow down. We especially loved the peaceful sauna sessions and the serene motorboat rides across the glassy water lake. Waking up to the stillness of the lake, surrounded by nature and with my wife and son beside me, was pure bliss. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay feel even more special. Truly a perfect escape — we'd wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a touch of nature's magic.
