The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

Welcome to our quiet yet centrally located attic apartment. Bothfeld is a very well equipped district in the north of Hanover. Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny) are within walking distance, and a bakery is on the street. The tram is about 5 minutes on foot. The trade fair is about 15 minutes away. Parking is possible in front of the house for free. Swisslife/HDI are about 5 minutes by car, the A2 / A7 / A37 highways are about 10 minutes away.

Large bright apartment on Ith

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Attic apartment located directly at the foot of the Ith. The rooms are bright and cozy. Almost every room has a TV. The location is ideal for climbers, motorcyclists and hikers. It is a 10-minute walk to the train station. The train goes to Hameln (Rattenfängerstadt) and also to Hanover and Hildesheim. Lindenbrunn is also only 5-8 minutes on foot.
