My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Jameln is centrally located in Wendland. Our house (108 square meters) used to be the laboratory house of the old dairy. It combines an old facade with modern coziness. Here you can relax and escape everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating, living room with fireplace. After a visit to the Elbtalaue, Dannenberg, Hitzacker or Lüchow, you can stop in at the local restaurant in the "Altes Haus" in Jameln or end the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and is surrounded by old trees and therefore perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes' walk to Tankum Lake. At the lake there is a beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, football field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike tours.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.

The property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age because there is an open well and small pond on the property.
