Willkommen in unserer stilvollen Ferienwohnung – ideal für Familien, Gruppen und Freunde. Die 2022 fertiggestellte Unterkunft bietet auf ca. 170 m² modernen Wohnkomfort. Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

Spacious panoramic windows offer a panoramic view of the countryside and through the skylight you can watch the stars sparkle. Our tiny house stands for a conscious life in a small space. It combines minimalist living & sustainable living on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park. Picturesque hiking trails & beautiful bike routes attract visitors. In the immediate vicinity is Heidepark Soltau.

Elegant nature escape at Constantia Apartment

At 60 m², the Constantia apartment is not only the largest in the villa, but also our favorite apartment. The moss-green color of the walls immerses the apartment in an atmosphere of forest light and the rooms structured by open half-timbering give a feeling of vastness. In the bedroom, there is an open brick wall with a large box-spring bed. The highlight of this apartment is the open bathroom with its ground-level rain shower, from where you have a view of the garden.

Relax on the terrace, in the bathtub or in the comfortably furnished and fully equipped living and dining area with a wood-burning stove. The accommodation is barrier-free. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, restaurants and small shops with village charm. Bispingen offers many leisure activities such as the ski hall, the go-kart track and extensive cycling and hiking trails through the Lüneburg Heath. Heide Park Soltau is only 20 minutes away by car.

A retreat surrounded by nature

The "Honigspeicher" is an old wooden house that has stood on this site for over 240 years. It is a place steeped in history, located in the heart of the tiny village of Hartböhn. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and features a tastefully furnished and comfortable living area for two people with a garden and two terraces. It offers plenty of peace and space. Active guests can walk, cycle and explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath to their heart's content.

Terrace, fireplace, TV and bathtub provide that special vacation feeling. There is a cozy village café right next door. Beautiful nature, a bathing lake and an open-air museum are in the immediate vicinity. Celle, Lüneburg, Hanover and Hamburg are easy to reach thanks to the good connections.

We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat. A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented. For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!
