A perfect accommodation for those seeking tranquility in an environment that has a lot to offer: Alkmaar, Bergen and the Schoorlse Duinen are each 20 minutes away by car. Fast train connection from Schagen to Amsterdam. Texel is also a great day trip. The apartment is cozy and very nicely furnished, the highlight is the large terrace directly on the water with an evening view over the meadows. Anja and Pieter are always easy to reach and very helpful, they even picked us up from Alkmaar because the trains did not run on our arrival day. Thank you!

Peter En Inge are super welcoming hosts who welcome you warmly and who will advise you on the visits to do . The studio is very clean and very quiet . I recommend this very nice apartment in a very good location close to the tulip fields of the island of Texel and Amsterdam. Loved the stay

Maaike and Jeroen were lovely hosts, making us feel welcome in their historic monument home. With 40 chickens, two rabbits, one cat, and one dog, we felt like we were one with nature. We had a safe place in the barn for our bicycles, and there was everything we could ask for to cook nice meals. Fresh flowers on the table and treats in the cupboards, we felt really spoiled. The bed was the biggest we‘ve seen in a long time, and it was extremely comfortable. There were giant tulip fields to the left and right of the house. The sunsets were glorious and make for taking endless photographs.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Everything we needed and more.
