Das Schwalbennest ist eine große Wohnung für 4 Personen, die familienfreundlich eingerichtet ist. Die Fachwerkwände sind mit Lehm verputzt, so dass sich ein behagliches Raumklima einstellt. Holz und natürliche Materialien geben der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme.Die Ferienwohnung Schwalbennestverfügt auf 65 m² im ersten Stock des sanierten Seitengebäudes der Buschmühle über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbet (einzeln möglich), ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten (zusammen möglich) und einen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Küche ist mit einem Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.Für unsere Gäste steht ein WLAN kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Falls Sie einen Kinderhochstuhl benötigen, sprechen Sie uns bitte an.Bitte beachten Sie das alle Wohnungen Nichtraucher-Wohnungen sind und keine Haustiere mitgebracht werden können.

Die FeWo mit 40m2 befindet sich in einer ruhigen , idyllischen Lage auf unseren Dreiseitenhof . Aus der Wohnung tretend befinden sie sich gleich auf der zu ihrer Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Sie wandern in 15min.durch die Weinberge und erreichen das Seußlitzer Schloß ,der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt. Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder sind kostenfrei .

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.
