The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

You have a separate entrance (photo) in the single-family house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious apartment with kitchen incl. kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby crib and highchair are provided free of charge. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

Spend a quiet time in the attractive small town of Frohburg. All facilities for daily needs are within a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. A fully furnished apartment is offered for your own use. In the immediate vicinity, a nature reserve invites you to take long walks or bike tours. There are also several castles and fortresses, a local recreation area and several lakes nearby.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).

Our cottage in the countryside is a detached bungalow on a 900 square meter, beautiful garden plot on the outskirts of Leipzig. The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal. The furnishings are open, bright and high quality and invite you to feel good and relax.
