The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

This quiet high cellar surprises with an amazing amount of daylight and direct access to the terrace with garden. Quick to get to the city by bus and on foot. Around the corner, the fields for recreation begin. The old castle is within walking distance in 20 minutes, with a magnificent view. For active vacationers, Bamberg is the ideal starting point for bike tours in the Steigerwald and Franconian Switzerland with its castles and caves. The cities of Nuremberg, Würzburg, Rothenburg are worth a day trip.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung eignet sich ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien und bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Schlafgäste. ( 6 davon in einer 2. Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss ab dem 5. Schlafgast ) Für gesellige Abende mit Freunden, Kollegen oder Familie stehen ein Billardtisch, eine Musikanlage und eine gemütliche Bar bereit. Der 39 Grad warme Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar und inclusive. Die Nutzung der Fasssauna ist zubuchbar . Die Whirlpool Badewanne im SZ funktioniert leider nicht.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.
