The Loft,bijou self-contained space & dog friendly
This unique place has a style all of its own. A self-contained cosy loft, small but perfectly formed. Conveniently located on the A21 for a Coastal or Country getaways. Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle all only 10 mins by car. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

Perfectly situated on the West Hill of Hastings, within walking distance of the historic old town and beach, this unique cabin offers a green oasis in the heart of Hastings. The Beech Hut (named for the Weeping Beech tree at the entrance) is a self contained one bedroom accommodation in the grounds of The Beacon, one of the most unique venues in Hastings. The Beacon itself is a family home but also part-time restaurant, venue, & arts space for the whole community, as well as a green wilderness.

The Studio, Ticehurst
This fantastic open plan converted office space is located in the heart of High Weald, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ‘The Studio’ is the perfect location for couples or families wanting to explore all that the countryside has to offer. Walking distance from Ticehurst Village, home to Sunday Times Pub of the Year ‘The Bell’. As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Newly converted stable block
Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Set in private grounds of 10.5 acres & shared only with the on-site owners, this Log Cabin overlooks the lower lake Bedroom 1 features a huge Emperor Size double bed (7ft x 7ft), with duck down Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet. Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. Just 15 min to Sissinghurst Castle & garden, Bodiam & Scotney Castle, 20 min to Rye & 30 min to the dunes & beach at Camber. Explore local walks, Go Ape at Bedgebury Forest, paddleboarding & watersports or tour our local wineries.

The Lodge
1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.

The Annex
A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

Stunning Studio Barn, Buxted
Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

Kentish country side, Hot tub, great outside space
Bruins Oast Lodge is a old converted workshop nestled next to a beautiful Kentish Oast house in the small village of Kenardington.,it backs on to its own private woodlands, with a firepit. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families.

The Haven
The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
