Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

The Wren Pod at Little Halden Farm is situated in area of outstanding natural beauty with a fantastic view across the valley towards Tenterden. Our Pod comes with everything you need to make your stay easy and memorable offering the perfect place to relax and getaway, including bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen not to mention a decked area with hot tub, BBQ, outside seating and dining all for your exclusive use. Plus a fire pit on a stoned area to watch the stars by.

Detached Studio ( The Great Escape) built to a very high standard, close to Burtons St Leonards and Hastings Old Town and the Beach. Guests may use our garden, Hot Tub, open spring summer extra daily charge min 2 day booking, use up to 10.30 pm. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
