We are renting a renovated 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of our single-family house. The house is situated in a quiet residential street in the east of Ratingen near the forest. There are leisure activities and numerous hiking opportunities nearby, for example through the beautiful Angertal. There are good transport connections to the A3, A44 and A52. The train station is only 1.2 km away, the nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest Wi-Fi technology WIFI 6. Our idyllically located apartment with separate entrance is newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. The apartment has a bathroom, a separate kitchenette and a living area as well as a terrace – ideal for two, optionally for four people. Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.
