A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. Our boutique style accommodation is on Endsleigh road which is 4km south of Havelock North. A 30 minute drive from Napier airport. Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor private bath under twinkling stars, and experience the night time sounds of nature. The stand alone Hutch is 5m from our home in an established garden. There are Continental breakfast supplies for the first two mornings of your stay.

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
