Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. A little bit of country on the city's doorstep

Lovely clean, modern, private, self contained studio located close to Taradale and an easy drive to Napier, Hastings or Havelock North. It has it's own dedicated entrance with self check-in and parking as well as a pretty outdoor space to relax in. The shower is hot with brilliant pressure and the bed is super comfortable, probably two of the most important requirements when travelling.
