The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

Floor to ceiling windows give you a panoramic view across the bay to the hills beyond, with Spriggs park playground, rock pools and beach directly in front. A couple of minutes stroll down the road to Ahuriri Village full of cafes and restaurant options. 5 mins drive to the bars on the Marina or in the other direction to the city. Fabulous with the seaside as your front yard.
