Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Heber-Overgaard

This is my favorite airbnb stay in Heber and I've been up here more than a dozen times. Almost every amenity I could need, incredibly well laid out, accommodated our large group for great value.

We had an excellent stay here - very cozy and peaceful cabin. My family and I particularly enjoyed the wrap-around porch with gorgeous sunset views and the woodsy surroundings. Host was very responsive.

Had a blast, small cabin but great for a small family. Very clean home. We will definitely be back soon!!

Stop searching, this is the cabin rental you are looking for. The cabin is centrally located, right off the main road through Heber. So it’s easy to head in any direction and see everything you hope to see. The cabin itself has the most comfy bed my wife and I have ever slept on. Plenty of space for the family. Speaking of family, there is an awesome movie/game room also. Everything we needed was available, wifi included. This will be our go to cabin again for sure.

Stayed here for a local wedding with a group of 8! Spacious and lots of areas to sit and socialize! Fantastic!

The Bluejay Cabin had everything we needed and more. I had texted Becca and she responded quickly to my questions. The house was very clean and we felt at home. Very very cute home and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay! I would recommend. We unexpectantly had a major snow fall (7inches) and the power went out during the night for several hours, so it was quite chilly. Luckily, there were plenty of extra blankets in the closet. The space heaters helped, though they had to run nonstop. The home is cozy, the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place to unwind from the rat race. And dog friendly was a huge plus!

Wonderfully appointed 3 bdrm, 2 full baths, single story with easy doorway access. Right off the driveway. All major amenities, plus some. Modern furnishings extremely comfy beds and linens. Would definitely stay again.

John & Jennifer definitely exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! They messaged us days before arrival to meet and provide directions. On our way we got lost and they helped guide us back to the main road. Upon arrival they greeted us and ensured we had all we needed. They provided so much that we definitely overpacked...towels, linens, blankets (heated ones also), hygiene items, everything to cook/bake, tools to brush the snow off of our vehicle, sleds, and so much more. They plowed the road. They were so kind to give us Grandma's hot chocolate, marshmellows, & candy canes for our children, &gave us some carrots and let us barrow some scarfs to make snowmen. The home was very clean, had heated toilets, & a sleep number bed. There were games to play and we loved them so much we ordered them to arrive at our home by the time we returned. I could go on but am running out of character space! We loved it so much we extended our stay 2nights & reserved our next stay!

Overall, we had a great time here. Laura and Bob were very responsive with questions and the space was perfect for what we needed. Would love to come back in the winter for a skiing adventure!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! Everything was perfect — clean, cozy, and full of charm. The surroundings were peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Excellent place and area.

We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was the cherry on top, especially after long days of exploring. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind. Robert and Karla were amazing hosts — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the little touches that made it feel special. We can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was perfectly located as we saw wild horses right from the back deck. The cabin was immaculate and furnished beautifully. We will definitely return.

We were in town for a family reunion, so we were not at the house except in the mornings and late at night. But the house was clean, huge kitchen (we didn't cook, but there was everything you would have needed). All rooms were ample size. The back porch was great to sit and read early in the morning. Definitely recommend this property.

Leticia’s place was exactly as described except there is no way to describe how when you walk in it will feel so welcoming, and rustic but also full of comfort amenities. The beds were comfy, water pressure was great and every utensil you could possible need for a family meal. We would definitely come back again.

Nice and cozy place for me and mines. We loved that it was private and was nice to be in such a quiet area. It was very close (<5mins) to diners and other shops.

We enjoyed our stay in my mother in laws subdivision. We loved the pine trees and listening to the wind whistling through the pines!

I'm so happy we found this little gem; it was the perfect place for my husband and I. We went to Heber Overgaard for a UTV Group ride weekend, and the meeting place ended up being 1 street away. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely book again. The host Stephanie was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
