The 50m2 main terrace is exclusively for you.

Historically, the royal wooden storage space was located on the property, framed from 2.50 to 4 m high natural stone walls, which still offer them great privacy today, without outside inspection.

Vila se nachází ve svahu, obklopena bukovým lesem. V dosahu 2 km jsou Tiské skály, dále např. Děčínský sněžník a další. Lokalita je vhodná pro výlety do přírody, turistiku, lezení, cyklistiku.
