Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Our guest house in the center of Limmen was completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc.) 3 min. walk. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 min), but also Alkmaar (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) are easily accessible. Parking is available on the street and is free. You can use the bicycles for free. You will have a private piece of garden at your disposal.

A spacious summer house in a prime location! A perfect base for nature, culture, good food and shopping. The distance to the beach and dunes is 20 minutes by bike, and you can reach the city center of Alkmaar in 15 minutes by bike. Shops, (nice boutiques) restaurants and the station are a 5-minute walk away, making Amsterdam also easy to reach, 30 minutes by train. Everything within reach and yet experiencing the feeling of tranquility is absolutely applicable to this place.

Unique apartment in a mansion from 1898. Alkmaar

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

Parking is free throughout the neighborhood, and there are two city bikes available to explore the area. Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.
