This lovely bright 4 bedroom apartment with 3 bedrooms and very large roof terrace facing south gives that "real" vacation feeling. It is located at the amusement park De Meerpeael in the marina of Uitgeest with possibilities for sailing, surfing, fishing and swimming. Summer house 'Het Hoeverhuisje' is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dunes and the sea, from where you can explore both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seating. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are downstairs; the bedroom with a wardrobe is upstairs. What is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!
